Key Responsibilities
  • Support and steer the Tech team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of BabyBjörn's Tech stack, ensuring it meets the needs of the global e-commerce organization.
  • Coach the team to improve agile methodologies and a culture of enhancements and sharing of knowledge and experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to cultivate a culture of innovation and achievement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A couple of years' experience in a similar role, such as Tech Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Lead.
  • Experience and skills within software development, including knowledge of agile development and e-commerce technologies.
  • Technical background in development and e-commerce, with familiarity with key technologies including Netlify, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure functions, and more.
  • Expertise in agile processes like Scrum, JIRA, and GitHub.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
