Biocatalysis Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Product Development team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will oversee the early-phase development of projects, focusing on strategic planning and project execution. Your role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring they are strategically aligned, well-resourced, and supported.

You will lead a world-class team, integrating enzyme engineering and biocatalysis expertise. Your technical acumen will drive innovative applications of enzyme engineering in our projects, serving as a key subject matter expert to enhance our capabilities. You'll partner closely with other R&D team managers, Business Development, Operations, and external stakeholders, shaping strategic innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. You'll be based in Stockholm and may involve occasional travel for development and training.
