In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting game projects and contribute to the creation of memorable game characters and creatures. As a Character Artist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing characters that meet our high standards of quality and detail.

You will work closely with other departments, including programming, animation, and technical art, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Your goal should be to create characters that surprise and engage players, while also meeting the technical requirements of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 3D models and textures for game characters and creatures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate characters into the game.
  • Participate in playtesting and provide feedback on the game.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to our quality standards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, fine arts, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in the game industry as a character artist or similar role.
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling and texturing, as well as proficiency in software like Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
