  • Resource & Project Management: Effectively manage your team's workload, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within our organization.
Your Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA (Sourcing & Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality Management) as Consultant, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with additional language proficiency being a significant advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
