Junior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Buyer to join our team at Incluso AB in Västerås. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing materials in accordance with technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase materials in accordance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure purchasing activities align with company standards.
  3. Identify new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.
  4. Qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of SAP is a merit.
  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.

This is a full-time, on-site position through Incluso AB. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
