High-Voltage Substation Construction Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of HV substation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet project objectives.
  2. Lead and manage site teams to ensure safe and efficient working environments.
  3. Collaborate closely with other teams, including electrical engineers, design specialists, and contractors.
  4. Ensure compliance with Swedish and international electrical safety standards and environmental regulations.
  5. Review and approve work schedules, plans, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in HV substation construction or similar energy infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and substation operations.
  • Experience managing construction projects from planning through to completion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Hold either a BAS P/ BAS U certificate.
