Your role involves 50% hands-on coding, conducting code reviews, and improving development processes.

You'll focus on maintaining the product's technical health and balance short- and long-term goals.

In addition to leading your team, you'll:

  2. Contribute to coding standards and design patterns.
  3. Share knowledge and insights across teams.
  4. Improve the overall developer experience.
  5. Assist management in tactical and strategic work.
