In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our Group functions and ensuring compliance with international agreements and personal security standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a critical member of our security team, your primary focus will be on implementing effective protective security measures, managing security registries, and performing other administrative duties and responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Group Security team to identify and address potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate these threats.

Working in an international environment where advanced security threats are a constant presence, you will need to be agile, adaptable, and able to think critically. Our complex business settings and projects have significant business impact, and you will be responsible for ensuring their security remains uncompromised.

In addition to your main responsibilities, your role will also include:

  • Developing and implementing security protocols in Saab systems
  • Coordinating security training and awareness programs
  • Monitoring and analyzing security trends and threats

You will be expected to develop, implement, and maintain processes, methods, and tools for security administration. This will involve collaborating extensively with internal and external stakeholders as part of cross-Saab expertise teams.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for security-related matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience working with administrative systems and a proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced environments are also essential.

This position requires passing a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection. Additional obligations on citizenship may apply for certain positions requiring security clearance.
