Job Title: Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer

Unit4 is seeking a skilled Hybrid Cloud Operations Engineer to join our international team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and virtualization technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server architecture and Active Directory.
  • Experience with VMware and virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with physical data centers, including cabling and component management.
  • Flexibility to work outside of office hours and participate in weekend on-call support.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and exploring innovative ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external customers.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with Dell Servers, Cisco Network devices.
  • Experience automating Windows systems using PowerShell or similar methods.
  • Knowledge of networking (VPN setup), file transfer servers, Microsoft SQL, and PKI infrastructure.
  • Experience with AWS.
