About the Role
At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly driven Sales Growth Manager to join our successful sales team in Stockholm. As a key member of our commercial growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, sourcing prospects, and evaluating their FX needs. With a consultative approach, you will sell Corpay solutions that truly understand client needs and present value propositions based on their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Source prospects and evaluate their FX needs using consultative selling techniques
  • Present Corpay solutions and value propositions to clients
  • Manage client onboarding processes while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications & Skills
  • Interest in foreign exchange, banking, and finance
  • Proven sales and analytical skills for successful business generation
  • Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience desirable
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and build rapport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and organisational skills
  • Professional demeanour, strong listening skills, and ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal
  • Attention to detail, especially with respect to client information and payment data
  • Strong mathematical skills
