Subcontracts Expert

The Principal Subcontracts Specialist is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. This role involves solving complex subcontract-related problems and working independently with minimal guidance.

• Evaluate and recommend proposals by understanding rates, cost structure estimates of material, equipment services, production cost, performance requirements and delivery schedules.
• Administer Subcontract functions for a project and bid.
• Participate in or lead subcontract management strategy development and implementation.

1. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline).
2. 8-12 years of relevant experience.
3. Minimum 6 years of Subcontracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
4. Must have Field experience.
