• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of system hardware and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

• 3-4 years of experience in a related field, such as IT or telecommunications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows systems
