Job Description
The role is a part of the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs/Analytical Science department in Stockholm with responsibility for meeting Swedish Match's and regulatory authorities' needs for chemical data on raw materials and products. In practice, this means quality control of the company's commercial products and those under development, primarily within smokefree product lines.

Responsibilities include performing, evaluating, and approving routine chemical analyses, registering samples in LIMS, handling logistics for shipping samples between internal sites globally, sample preparation, supporting laboratory operations, taking responsibility for instrument validation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and contact with equipment suppliers, and initiating and implementing method improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
BSc in biomedical science, chemistry, biology or equivalent. Experience in laboratory work within the pharmaceutical, food, or environmental sectors is an advantage. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple parallel tasks, especially during busy periods, and a collaborative team player who thrives in group settings are essential.
