Head of Enterprise Sales

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Land Sales team in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Enterprise Account Executives and driving individual AE success.
You'll develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, and proven experience working with Partners.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and any one of the Nordic languages. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
