Job Summary

We are looking for a Change Catalyst to join our team at Wise IT AB. As a Change Catalyst, you will drive transformation and lead the team to achieve business goals.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Chief Product Officer, and stakeholders to manage backlog items and bridge business and technical needs. Implement Agile/Scrum methods and coach team members on these principles.

Foster continuous improvement and encourage adoption of Agile practices across the organization. Align team activities with business goals and ensure transparency on team goals, capacity, financials, and backlog priorities.

The ideal candidate has experience in agile methodologies, relationship building, and managing change. A strategic mindset and solution-oriented approach make them effective in complex organizations.
