Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Summary:

Lakeside at Mallard Landing is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the development and maintenance of our IT systems. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and the timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and software
  • Assist in the development and deployment of applications
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Document and maintain system configurations and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Prior experience in IT support or development
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
