{"h1": "FEC Specialist Role at DLL Group", "p": "DLL Group is seeking a skilled FEC Specialist to join our team in the Nordics. As a key member of our Financial Economic Crime (FEC) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with all Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, and Sanctions (CAMS) related activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Active management of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Business Partner Due Diligence (BPDD) flows, including Alerts handling and CDD Reviews.
* Research, analysis, and investigation of CDD files, evaluation of information, and providing guidance to the Business to ensure correct identification and verification of related parties for all customers, dealers, partners, and suppliers.
* Writing recommendations as a result of the FEC/AML risk assessment on CDD, following standard rules and procedures.
* Preparation of Client CDD Files as required by Local Compliance Officer for 2nd LOD monitoring or for Dutch Central Bank review.
* Active management of CDD Event Driven Reviews.
* Active management of transaction monitoring and investigations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* English and Swedish language skills.
* Minimum of 2 years within the Financial Economic Crime Prevention area.
* Excel skills – intermediate level.
* Ability to assess risks and make decisions independently.
* Extensive knowledge of compliance and regulation, particularly regarding AML/KYC requirements.
* Ability to prioritize workload and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.
* Strong communications and report writing skills.
