  • Conduct rigorous testing across various environments to ensure software quality.
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure thorough test coverage and address testing bottlenecks.
  • Mentor junior testers and QA engineers, promoting best practices in test automation and quality processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with strong expertise in automated testing, fault tracing, and software validation.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting.
  • Experience with integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skilled in debugging and fault-tracing for both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Proven ability to lead testing teams and implement testing strategies for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with programming languages for creating test scripts and automating tests.
  • Experience in vehicle testing, HIL, or Rig testing is preferred.
  • ISTQB certification required; knowledge of ASIL, ASPICE, ISO 26262, and Functional Safety standards is a plus.
