Electrified Transmission Tester

We are seeking a motivated Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our engineering team in Haninge, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will work on customer projects and assignments across various areas of automotive testing.

1. Operate and handle testing of components for electrified transmissions and powertrains.
2. Capture and address customer requests to ensure their satisfaction.
3. Develop test methodologies and procedures.
4. Ensure data quality and accuracy.
5. Participate in and lead test object inspections and defect analysis.
6. Lead testing activities and coordinate with team members.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology findings within drivetrain systems and contribute to method improvements.
8. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues.
9. Provide technical support for customer and internal projects.
10. Collaborate with international project teams and interact with different AVL departments and customers.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering or relevant field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in testing (component or system-level) within the automotive industry.
3. Proven ability to work independently, guide colleagues, and lead projects forward.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent English language proficiency (Swedish is an asset).
6. Ability to travel and willingness to relocate if required.
7. Valid driving license.
