Regional Sales Director for Japan

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations in Japan. As the Director of Sales and Marketing Japan, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new relationships with customers and partners.
About the Job- You will be responsible for leading the development of sales and marketing strategies, working closely with the management team to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
- Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive business.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that products are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network in Japan. A European/Japanese background with experience studying and living abroad would be highly desirable.
