About the Role:

The Electromobility organization at Volvo Group is responsible for the complete development lifecycle of our electric powertrains. As a key player in this transformation, you will be part of a global team of highly skilled professionals who drive this change by leveraging state-of-the-art technology and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Battery Cell Testing team in executing battery cell testing for new and existing cell technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliveries according to plan
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and continuously improve processes and deliverables
  • Drive collaboration across Electromobility and leverage expertise from labs and partners

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with development or testing
  • Experience leading organizations with complex tasks and coaching empowered teams
  • Development or testing of batteries (hi/low voltage), electrical driveline, and/or power electronics (Battery cell)
  • Data analytics
  • Driver's license (B-level)
