Define the Future of Multiplayer Gaming

Ubisoft Entertainment, a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment, is seeking an Associate Game Director to lead the multiplayer aspect of our upcoming project. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Game Director and Creative Director to define the game's vision and unify design, technical, graphic, and narrative elements.

You will have the opportunity to develop your game design direction and communicate clearly across the production floor, supporting your game designers in developing their features while providing mentorship and constructive feedback. Additionally, you will review and discuss timelines with the producer and keep the editorial team updated on progress and milestones.

This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work partially from home under our Flexible Workplace Policy. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of and experience with co-op and multiplayer design, as well as comprehensive experience within the shooter genre.
