About the Role

The Business Manager role is a 12-month fixed-term position that reports to the Senior Business Manager, Nordics & Luxury EMEA. The successful candidate will oversee P&L management, customer performance, and relationship development, driving long-term sales growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include developing and executing joint business development plans, leading key customer tenders, and managing operational and commercial customer contact.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute joint business development plans, prioritizing key target customers within the region.
  2. Lead key customer tenders, collaborating with internal teams and delivering brand presentations.
  3. Manage operational and commercial customer contact independently or in collaboration with the SBM.
  4. Contribute to strategy development for marketing and sales objectives, considering customer trading conditions, terms, and promotional support.
  5. Work with SBM to develop and execute the Premium & Luxury growth strategy for the region.
  6. Manage back-office activities related to commercial agreements, pricing changes, invoicing, sales out, and A&P accruals.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments on forecasts, stock, brand activations, and handle customer order and payment escalations.
  8. Oversee monopoly tender process to maximise distribution.
About You

We are looking for a Business Manager with experience in a distributor environment or FMCG experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years sales management experience in the Drinks industry or other FMCG, with a proven sales track record. A degree or diploma in Business, Economics, or a similar discipline/experience is required. WSET or similar wine education is desired, as is computer literacy and strong financial skills.
