Quality Leadership Opportunity

Rusta, a leading discount chain in the Nordic region, is seeking a visionary Global Quality Manager to drive excellence in our products and services. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of quality by leading, coaching, and taking charge of quality across our global operations.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to RUSTA's growth by leveraging your expertise in quality management, product development, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sourcing, and sustainability, to maintain high levels of quality in all our products.

The Role:

As a Global Quality Manager, you will lead a successful global team, oversee all quality-related activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure that RUSTA's product range meets quality standards and complies with safety, durability, and functionality requirements from factory to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set goals and relevant KPIs to achieve RUSTA's overall objectives.
  • Ensure product compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product development.
  • Monitor, interpret, and implement upcoming legislations and regulations.
  • Manage producer responsibility, including reporting and documentation.
  • Communicate with relevant authorities in relevant countries.
  • Drive continuous improvements in products, material development, and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Quality leadership position.
  • Understanding of production and product development.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of product-related laws, requirements, and quality processes.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
