Control Systems Lead for Green Transition

COWI is looking for talented individuals who want to join us on our exciting green transition journey. As an Instrument Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing instrumentation and process control systems. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project lead instrumentation
  • Design process control and safety systems
  • Functional safety and SIL verification
  • Installations in ATEX environment
  • Create specifications for field instruments
  • Review and approval of design deliveries
  • RFQ for installation contracts
  • Cost calculations
  • Commissioning and handover to client

A successful Instrument Engineer should have a strong background in electrical, automation, instrument engineering or similar field. Several years of working experience in process industries such as petrochemical, refineries, power plants, and biotechnology is required. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language can be an advantage.
