We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Leader to join our Technology Risk Management unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting Nordea's Technology risk portfolio and associated controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory to support the Technology in the end-to-end risk process overview
  • Lead and participate in risk assessments, process control and mitigation
  • Roll-out services according to frameworks and guidelines in the bank
  • Secure necessary input, anchoring and optimising the decision-making process
  • Develop quality analysis, communication material, reports and decision-making proposals

Requirements

  • Three to four years of experience working in Technology risk or audit management
