Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT leader to play a key role in shaping and developing the IT landscape within our international corporation undergoing transformation. The Lead Architect will define and implement strategic IT solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring a scalable and efficient infrastructure. This role combines Enterprise and Technical Architecture expertise driving innovation through cloud adoption, optimizing system integrations, and enhancing data management strategies to support the organization's growth and digital evolution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the overall IT architecture, including cloud strategy (Azure), integrations, and data management.
  • Play an important role in digital transformation projects, such as the rollout of a new ERP system (Infor M3 Cloud), e-commerce development, and integration solutions.
  • Evaluate IT architecture alignment with business processes and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align IT strategy with business needs.
  • Develop and implement a data management and governance framework, ensuring high data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Develop Business Intelligence and Business Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven insights and decision making.
  • Lead and develop a team of architects and IT specialists.

Requirements:
  • Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10+ years in IT architecture, including at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or similar role.
  • Expertise in Azure and DevOps processes.
  • Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and solutions-focused approach.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
