Hardware Deployment Expert

As a Technical Service Manager at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for managing requests for new IT equipment/software and coordinating regular hardware exchanges.

Your expertise in deploying and maintaining standard hardware and software, including new releases and patches, will be crucial in maintaining IT standards for hardware and software.

• We are looking for someone with a strong educational background in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• ITIL certification is a plus, but not required.
• With 2+ years of experience in service desk, on-site support, systems administration, or similar roles, you will possess the necessary skills to excel in this position.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
• A Microsoft certification is beneficial but not required.
