About This Opportunity:
  • We are looking for someone with a strong educational background in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • ITIL certification is a plus, but not required.
  • With 2+ years of experience in service desk, on-site support, systems administration, or similar roles, you will possess the necessary skills to excel in this position.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
  • A Microsoft certification is beneficial but not required.
