About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Operations Trainee to join our team at Amazon Data Services Sweden AB. As a Data Center Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting experienced Amazon Data Technicians with hardware and network troubleshooting, providing infrastructure-related support, and resolving tickets related to hardware and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced Amazon Data Technicians to troubleshoot hardware and network issues
  • Provide infrastructure-related support and resolve tickets related to hardware and networking issues
  • Assist with hardware repairs and replacements under the guidance of experienced techs
  • Interact with third-party vendors and contractors who are working on site
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent education
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driving license
