As a global leader in this field, we are expanding our team in Hörby and seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Leader to join us. In this role, you will play a key part in managing direct material/service suppliers within the Business Unit, ensuring strategic sourcing activities and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Your responsibilities will include leading a portfolio of suppliers, continuously building relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational needs. You will also manage supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, risk, and sustainability activities.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in strategic procurement. You will excel at building relationships across teams, be a strong communicator, and possess a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Your ability to work in a complex, global environment and maintain high ethical standards is crucial for success in this role.

In addition to your skills and experience, you will have:
• Experience in strategic procurement working with direct materials and services, preferably within international manufacturing companies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

About the Role
This position is part of a dedicated team of five experienced colleagues where three are located in Hörby. As part of the Coloplast Group, Global Operations and Corporate Procurement, you will have access to a global network of experienced professionals and be part of the global procurement community.
