  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using AI tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Serve as an AI expert, driving adoption and delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and improve AI solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.

Key Challenges You'll Tackle:

  • Use LLMs to interpret collective agreements and automate formula generation, streamlining payroll processing.
  • Accelerate new customer onboarding through AI-powered solutions, improving the overall customer experience.
  • Detect payroll anomalies not captured by static controls using machine learning algorithms, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
