As a Senior Solution Designer/Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and developing new requirements for projects, translating user requirements into working business process models, creating and maintaining solution documentation, and managing process change with stakeholders to minimize disruptions.
- Analyse business needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs
- Design and implement business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and minimal disruption
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development. You should be proficient in Visual Studio, .NET Framework 6+, C#, TFS, and NuGet packages, and have experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL Server or Oracle.
