**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Early Morning Shift Coordinator to join our Customer Fulfilment team at IKEA Kållered. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the early morning shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and lead the early morning shift team
- Oversee the unloading of goods and the handling of daily operations
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
**Requirements:**
- 18 years of age or older
- Forklift license and experience an advantage
- Ability to work early mornings, days, and evenings
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
