About the Role

We are seeking a Trade Qualified Baker or Skilled Baker to join our award-winning bakery team at Coles Supermarkets in Fairfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats to meet customer demand
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
