About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Archivist to join our team at IKEA Älmhult AB. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging, listing, receiving, and delivering archival material, making confidentiality assessments, and ensuring that our archive services are adapted to changes within the organization or systems used.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Asset Management: Develop routines and policies for information management, manage electronic databases and documents, and ensure the integrity and authenticity of our digital assets.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with our current Archivists to develop routines and working methods, review conditions for E-archive and digitization, and lead projects related to archives and collections.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively across functions and organizations to achieve results within set time plans and maintain trustful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
