Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to join our Nordic Commercial Property team, providing expert underwriting services to large and complex multinational clients.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll have the chance to develop strong relationships with external stakeholders, drive business growth, and contribute to the profitable growth of the Nordic cluster.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing brokers and clients to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans across countries.
  • Execute long-term strategies and goals to achieve profitable growth.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in property underwriting, preferably in a multinational context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in any of the Scandinavian languages.
