E-commerce Key Account Executive

The E-commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development across our e-commerce partners in the four Nordic markets. Working with renowned professional beauty brands like Wella, Sebastian, ghd, and OPI, this role will own the e-commerce strategy and execution to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in sales, with strong customer and market understanding, and analytical skills with Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute JBP aligned with our brand strategies
* Drive profitable sales growth through marketing investments, promotions, and partnerships
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a superior customer experience
* Lead customer initiatives from planning to evaluation with excellence
* Continuously improve strategies and execution within the e-commerce sales channel
* Maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investments
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
