Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver: Implement and develop applications in line with COLs technology stack and best practices.
- Drive Delivery and WoW: Responsible for the IT Operating Model and delivery process, including our Agile WoW.
- Manage Capacity: Oversee the Product team's delivery plans and capacity optimization.
- Ensure Quality: Guarantee quality throughout the entire development and release cycle, including application performance and monitoring.
- Cloud Infrastructure Lead: Responsible for our cloud infrastructure and tooling for dev teams.
- IT Operations:
- Provide Tech Support: Offer tech support for devices and software throughout the organization.
- Digital Workplace (DWP) Management: Care for all digital workplaces from drivers' devices to laptops and phones.
- Incident Detection and Resolution: Ensure efficient tools and skillsets to detect and handle incidents.
- Incident Management: Responsible for incident processes, both internal and external.
- System Maintenance: Perform housekeeping activities to preserve, maintain, or correct system operation.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree, Bachelor's or Master's, is preferred.
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles with ERP systems responsibility.
- Hands-on experience with PC and Mac environments, IT security, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with NIS2 compliance or similar IT security frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
