Beverage Alcohol Strategist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us shake things up. You will be responsible for championing On-trade capabilities for Absolut, Malibu & Kahlua by evolving RPVA strategies (Relationship, Presence, Visibility, Activation). You will win on-trade share by creating brand building visibility assets and activation programs in collaboration with markets, that drive impact and menu prioritization. You will understand the global on-trade arena by systematically collecting & reporting information on channel trends and data, as well as the competition, to identify new opportunities.

You will close collaboration with Experiences to create holistic and scalable activations for various types of accounts. You will support Shopper team to execute strong TTL (Through-The-Line) programs. You will be the internal drinks expert, leading the cross-functional TAG Drinks Squad and sharing valuable input to key projects both internally and with expert drinks/on-trade/industry teams in market cos and at HQ.

You will collaborate to develop/evolve drinks strategies, ensuring data-driven & brand relevant drinks optimization, including drinks recipes that democratize cocktail making at home, and are sustaining for trade needs. You will support NPDs, Key occasions and Communication programs with drinks recommendations, unique serves & drinking rituals. You will support Trade Education Manager to develop relevant and memorable education programs for the hospitality industry that will drive equity and ultimately bartender recommendation.
