The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying Dell Boomi integration processes.

The successful candidate will also troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to UKG data flows and optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and security.

In addition, the candidate will create detailed technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and integration specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Dell Boomi integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to UKG data flows.
• Optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and security.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and integration specifications.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) – UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Workforce Central.
2. Hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi (Boomi AtomSphere) for integration development.
3. Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP, Webhooks, and IDocs.
4. Experience with cloud and on-premise integrations.
5. Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management systems.
6. Understanding of database structures (SQL, NoSQL) and reporting tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Dell Boomi certification is highly desirable.
2. Experience integrating UKG with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, or other HR systems.
3. Knowledge of IT security best practices, GDPR, and data compliance regulations.
4. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
