Job Description
We are seeking a Product Requirement Engineer to join our Lighting & Home Electronics team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for ensuring product compliance throughout the development process, from design to launch. This includes maintaining technical product documentation, leading the approval/certification process, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between development teams and other departments.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical product documentation to support product compliance throughout the development process. Lead the approval/certification process for the development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Analyze and resolve issues related to product compliance and provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate technical information to stakeholders and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable products.

Requirements
University Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) and a couple of years of experience in product development and/or creating and documenting product requirements. Experience with Lighting & Home Electronics products and knowledge in PLM, preferably PTC Windchill, are essential. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a structured way and lead cross-functional teams, are required.
