About the RoleCustomer Service Representative in Chania, Crete

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Chania, Crete as a Customer Service Representative. As an Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Finnish, and a strong interest in environmental sustainability and smart energy solutions.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support, while also contributing to Vattenfall's mission to enable fossil-free living.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries about Vattenfall's electricity solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their electricity contracts and invoices
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer
Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in Finnish
  • Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
  • Work experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Interest in fossil-free energy sources is considered an asset
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills
  • Problem-solving mentality and tech savviness
  • Positive and adventurous attitude
