Become a Key Player in Driving Business Growth as a Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics region. In this critical role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and systems integrators.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase market share.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver training and support to consultants and specifiers.
  • Maintain accurate customer details, activities, and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM tool.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets and meet performance expectations.
  • Previous experience selling Physical Access Control solutions preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM platform desired.
