As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Opera Software, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation and creativity.
About the RoleThis is a paid internship role based in Wroclaw, Poland. You will be working closely with our Talent Acquisition Team to develop and execute strategies for sourcing and recruiting top candidates. Your main responsibility will be to use various channels to look for potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Work with our Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support with administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and obtaining references
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
