Role OverviewThe EHSQ Lead provides functional support across corporate and regional organizations under their responsibility. They ensure Management System compliance by initiating and monitoring actions.
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Support line management in providing EHSQ knowledge and expertise.
- Participate in the Emergency Response team as required, following the Emergency Response plan and duty list.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering field, or Maritime/Subsea education. Relevant industry experience is considered equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in technical operations or EHSQ.
- Preferred qualifications include NEBOSH, ISM, Auditing, or similar.
- Familiarity with EHSQ tools and processes such as risk management and incident investigation.
