We're currently seeking an experienced Hardware Lead Engineer to join our team in Västerås.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Hardware Lead Engineer, you'll lead HW-related activities and projects within your area of responsibility. This will involve:

  • Planning and executing HW projects
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Providing on-site issue resolution

You'll also collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customers, projects, suppliers, and the product organization, to ensure successful project delivery.

What We Look For

We're looking for a highly skilled professional who possesses:

  • Degree in electronics or equivalent
  • Experience in industrial/automotive electronics (HW) design
  • Knowledge of working with HW project management
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to share knowledge and motivate others
  • Experience with Requirement management tool (DOORS)
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools (Microsoft tools)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Fluent English; Swedish is desirable
