Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall vision, goals, and market trends.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer feedback and data to drive decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept/mockup to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of new products and features.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, IT, Sales, and Operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product care.

What We Are Looking For

  • A visionary and hands-on CPO to shape our strategy, champion innovation, and drive global growth.
  • 7+ years of experience in product leadership, preferably in FinTech or credit scoring solutions.
  • A strong track record of launching and scaling products, as well as managing cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of fintech and credit scoring industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
