About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Learning Strategist to join our HR team at Surveillance in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our workforce and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and development.

As a key member of our team, you will drive the Learning agenda and continuous learning transformation. You will advise on how business needs are translated into end-to-end learning solutions, and work closely with Strategy and the business to close skill/competence gaps.

You will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis in collaboration with managers to identify gaps and opportunities where learning can be used to increase results. You will also implement Saab Common L&D Initiatives through HR and the Management teams in Surveillance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
