As an Invoicing and Payments Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your expertise will be essential in managing accounts payable and incoming invoices, developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accounts payable and incoming invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate reconciliation.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless communication and efficient payment processing.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  4. Prepare and submit reports to authorities, including the SCB and Swedish Tax Agency.
  5. Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
