Your Responsibilities
  • To lead our Swedish sales organization and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our company's goals and values.
  • To manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech or fintech industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. Strong understanding of the Swedish market and its nuances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
